app = trash. customer service can be better. crash error till they charged my cc twice, they said the payment is failed but turns out my cc charged twice lol. constantly failed to login. well, as the bravery to made an app related to money, you can do so much better. right now the app is such a trash.

Excellent app, bad protection on the privacy

The app is great. I never had any issue using abroad transaction/ withdrawal. But the spam who try to do a fraud on my bigpay account is just ridiculous. Happened almost every month. I wish bigpay does something about it.

Didnt get otp code

Please fix this asap

OTP CODE NOT RECEIVE

After reading reviews, I definitely sure there is nothing wrong with my phone and my telco. I didn't receive OTP code for login but the customer service said OTP was sent on their side and asked ne to delete app & reinstall again over and over. As of now, still not working for me. I wonder if I still have money in there.
