First time I’ve tried to unlock bike I got a message with problem in my account and with offer to call in support. I wrote in support where I was told that during 3 days the problem will be solved (which wasn’t). I subscribed for a free plan and couldn’t enjoy it in the end. Also when you open translator during chatting with support to translate your message (because there are no option to talk with support on English) the chat very often just disappeared and you have to start it again and again.

Terrible... Wrong information about the bike stations and availability, limited payment possibilities, not designed for families, since no option to rent several bikes at a time... Totally spoiled day in Rio...

Foi cobrado a mais pq onde devolve a bike o encaixe não funciona. Experiencia ruim demais ter que ir até outro posto.
