This app is amazing. Set to deep sleep and play behind some nice New Age music, and I’m out in two songs. Set it to focus and put it behind some new age or classical music or even soft rock, and I’m focused sharp as a life. Glad I found this app. Also works well with subliminal apps.

There are others out there but this one is so simple and you can tune your frequency perfectly. Sometimes use in conjunction with another app for fav background sounds

Absolutely free. No Invasive ads (they are at the bottom and hardly noticeable). This has been my go to for years. One of the best out there. Also has the option that many do not, which is to start off at a certain beat, and then dial it up or down automatically within whatever timeframe you wish to set. If you’re a little antsy and want to go down a level, you can start off around where you think you are, and gradually get down to the level you want to be, and allows you to set the time for how long you want that transition to take. That’s much better than you pretty much being in an Alpha wave, and just setting it to start off in Theta for 30 min. You can set it at say to begin around 15 Hertz, and then gradually take you to a 7. Then you choose the time you wish the transition to take and then you can set the total time for it to run before automatically shutting off. Great features for free that most paid apps do not offer. Minimal and easy to use and it will probably be your go to Binaural app.

Autopilot feature is unbelievable. Go from meditative state to FALL asleep at any duration you want. I hope the developers are doing well, the majority of the world doesn’t know about these kinds of sound waves and what they can do
