Just bad.
I don’t know why our school switched to this. Binderly is just bad all around, lacks features and UI is terrible. Notifications don’t work.
Issues
-Not able to log in on app -Not able to have a link emailed about lost password I can log in from the website but app won’t log me in, I’m putting all the correct info in too. So frustrating!!

It’s not letting me log into my account
Great Idea, but something is wrong
Feeling frustrated that this is the only app that I have access to for certain communications with school related activities and more than half the time I can’t even log in. It kicks me out but I cannot log back in and miss out on real time questions / coordination because it constantly tells me “something went wrong”. Is this being looked at by anyone, or is an update coming upcoming that will address these issues? Reading through comments it appears this is a wide spread problem.
Keeps Freezing/Crashing/Making me reinstall!!
Multiple times a day, the app freezes or doesn’t recognize my account or location. I have to completely delete the app, reinstall it, and login again. What is going on?! Very frustrating.
Why
Why does it not open the group chats? It looks like it’s loading and will stay on that blinking screen forever!!!!! The other parents keep telling me to close the app to refresh it but it’s not working. I wish the school would use something else that isn’t so archaic. I feel like I’m back in the 1900’s using dial-up internet with how much this stalls. So FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!
It could use some work
When i’m trying to read messages in a group chat i have to reload the page every time, there’s no profile pictures, no replying to messages, not being able to @ people, and not being able to react to messages.
Uh Oh! Something went wrong
This is a terrible app. It logs me out randomly. When I try to log back in, it just says, “Uh Oh! Something went wrong.” Try to change my password, “Uh Oh! Something went wrong”. I TRY AND MAKE A NEW ACCOUT AND IT JUST SAYS “Uh Oh! Something went wrong”. ITS A TERRIBLE APP IM FORCED TO USE BUT CANT GET PAST THE LOG IN PAGE!!!!
Worst app I’ve ever been forced to use
Logs you out randomly and won’t let you log back in. It’s slow and help/support is non existent.
