Cannot open bingo blitz, keeps saying I’m too young, I’m 64, tried customer support and put in request but could not submit because I have to go to portal in the game, cannot open bingo blitz because pop up says “oops to young to play”

I didn’t think I would like this game but it is lots of fun.

For the past few bingo rounds played, the shadow cards have been things I currently have (sometimes it’s been items that I have a few of - and when played 2 shadow cards they have sometimes been the same). It would be more incentive to play if the shadow cards were the ones you were missing (if the game could take that into account - obviously not all the time, but every few games).It would be good if the HTG items were shown more in the shadow cards. Maybe offering them as an incentive in the side games like detective blitzy etc? I have 10 incomplete rooms where I am missing one or both of the HTG items, as they are difficult to collect.Also the ingredients are impossible to collect....why are the baskets just oil, butter, pie crusts and rolled oats? I have enough to run my own bakery!!And where has the Golden Spin gone? I’ve not seen it for a few days and treat myself to a spin every week.PLEASE SORT IT OUT! I am not going to play for a while and just collect my daily credits, so I have enough to play a few times. Your card prices are extortionate as opposed to Bingo Bash.

I absolutely adore Bingo Blitz, it is an amazing game which has improved developed so much over the years, especially with the likes of the visual graphics the type of content and everything else. Keep up the good work, Bingo Blitz, love the game, love the challenges and interesting new content that you bring into the game.

I do enjoy playing the game , but lately it’s been harder and harder to. You get untradeables that take ages to get so whilst trying to get it , duplicates of the lower number cards appear. Baskets of food need to be improved especially as further along you need so many untradeables that you don’t see. Would recommend Mr lemur comes and buys the duplicate untradeables for a decent amount of credits. More credits of a decent value should be won. Be nice to be able to buy credits like we used to. At the moment when you win credits, it’s not enough to play one game. Would be good to be able to get the gifted credits etc a lot quicker and a lot more at one time. Please give us more credits more often . Let us enjoy the game ! Basically more credits , more of the higher rated pantry items, Mr lemur come and buy our duplicate untradeables . Thanks.

I really enjoy playing this game, however I do wish they give you more credits, and I logged out n can’t get back in, tried to connect support however I follow the instructions from the game yet I still can’t get in, I need help getting my account back, as I’m old enough to play it yet it says I’m too young I’m 22

This is my sister in laws account she’s played for over ten years and just changed her I pad. The game will not download from the App Store it keeps asking for age verification which has been confirmed but still won’t load. Try as I may to get in touch with the support team is impossible ( I’m beginning to think it doesn’t exists) I doubt very much that this will be answered but I wait with abated breath.
