Validate any individual identity against the government issued identity document using advanced facial recognition techniques and liveness detection. Biometric Agreement compares and authenticates IDs applying 50+ forensic and biometric tests, in seconds, utilizing the industry's largest document library (from over 196 countries and all 50 US states).
Biometric Digital Signature features
Video Agreement: Recognizes the individual and video records the verbal acceptance, this provides full attribution of the agreement to the signatory.
Video Signature: Recognizes the individual and video records him/her while signing, this provides full attribution of the agreement to the signatory.
Enhanced Agreements:
Each executed Agreement contains an enriched agreement with the following components:
SSL – SHA 2 Encryption
Timestamp per document
Video Agreement : Once the agreement is executed a copy of the video agreement is attached to the PDF as proof of attribution.
Video Signature: Once the agreement is executed a copy of the video signature is attached to the PDF as proof of attribution.
Signature: A graphical representation of the signature is attached to the executed document
Analysis Studio (backoffice) features:
After the agreement is executed the control desk provides a full analysis of the process
ID Analysis
Liveness detection and face biometrics.
Signature biometrics.
Video agreement analysis.
Video signature analysis.
Timestamp and Misc.
Signature comparison.
Face comparison between the ID, video agreement and video signature.
Geolocation.
Designer Studio (backoffice) features:
Load, configure, send and notify agreements
Place each party’s signature in the document.
Define the “acceptance text” for attribution as part of the Video Signature process.
Distribute the document for execution: a customized SMS or Push Notification is sent to each signatory to start the process.
Monitor the status of each process: during execution each agreement is monitored offering the user a real time status of the process.
