Biopod

The app remains faulty and no new build pushed out, customer service are robots that repeat the same reset message. The app either wont connect to the biopod or wont register and as good as junk

It seems like a great idea. I can connect it to my home wifi but can’t get it registered, so I can’t go any further in creating a habitat. I sent a help request to the help email address, and received an automated reply, but a week later I’m still waiting on some actual assistance. It’s turned into a very large paperweight 😒 Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

This is a great concept, but the actual biopod has many many issues, and there is no support. It was an expensive piece of junk that doesn’t connect to the WiFi, camera is broken, rain device doesn’t work, basically a waste of money. It’s sad actually because the idea of a controlled environment for plants and fish is great!

Absolutely horrible company with a horrible app and trashy product. Nothing works right. Waste of money.

I’m connected to the Biopod. That was a nightmare. You have to use the outdated 2.4ghz router and have the router within 15 or so feet of the tank. The app doesn’t give you an option to tests the systems or to even turn on the darn lights. I’ve checked the site and the instructions do not match the app. It’s extremely sluggish to update anything on the Biopod. I just want to turn on the darn lights.

Bought a biopod off someone, and it’s been a nightmare to get the biopod connecting the biopod to at the app. At first the pod was still connected to the previous owner, which apparently the biopod cannot be controlled by more than one person (understandable), he removed himself from the biopod, and I was able to connect and register the biopod under my account, sadly, it’s still not allowing me to control the pod as it is saying “your biopod is not connected” even though I’m clearly on the biopod WiFi and I cannot remove the biopod from my account because I’m not connected to it, extremely disappointed in this product that’s left me with essentially an expensive glass box

The UI is a mess. Makes it very hard to use.

The app will not connect to the biopod Wifi. Tried everything the developers suggest on troubleshooting support pages. Hopefully can be fixed with update.

Love the update and the new features and look. Waiting for my biopod to ship and see how this actually works.
