I have gone on a ketogenic diet before but this device and app make it so much easier. It's extremely motivating to know where I am with ketosis.

Except for the ACEs, the graphs don't really work.

Recently, the app has been crashing significantly I can’t even click on my profile on the Me tab the only thing I can access is the Home Screen. I can still take my ketones but that’s it . App is worsening needs a updating a patch or something for the constant crashing

Overall the app looks like it's from the first iphone era, but I guess as long as it gets things done, one could look over this. However recently, maybe after an iOS update, the app crashes 100% of the time when I'm trying to click on my profile, where all the settings are stored. This makes it pretty much unusable.

I love this product to it has been working really well. I am absolutely thrilled. I have a better sense of what my body is going through, so I am able to make better decisions about what I put in my body.

The app is mostly good. I do enjoy the graphs. Hoping to see updates with even more visibility on statistical data and progress on my goals. An offset line on what the blood reading would be would help align my ACE readings with meals. Biggest gripe is the weight entry. Manual entry option please. I couldn’t for the life of me get the slider to register 167.

Ace points to Ketone dose to ketone mmol/L conversion is frustrating at best. I need to constantly pair the device to the phone. The app doesn’t connect to other apps like Zero, garmin, or anything really. The account/profile page doesn’t have any account information just biometrics, and good luck if you have to change a password. To top it all you can’t even return the device. $300 in the garbage!

It’s a diet app, right? So recording your weight accurately is pretty core to its function. But the programers have chosen cute sliders and rollers to enter data into the program instead of straight forward typing the data. This makes it more time consuming to input the information as the values scroll over and under the target and in some cases refuses incremental integers jumping up or down by a value of 2. The device itself appears to work well, and is probably approximating my level of ketosis. It’s results are displayed on a daily, weekly and monthly graphs, but if I scroll back and look at the previous week, the last for days of the week’s data is missing. The device is a motivational benefit to successful dieting, but the poor design and execution of the app doesn’t inspire confidence.

The experience is “meh”.

It’s constantly making vibrating and awful noises. It takes forever for it to prepare for the test, and it’s so loud I have to go in the other room. There must be a better way? It takes like 10 min to do a test! I’m considering throwing it out. It doesn’t seem worth it.
