Fake the worst company you will ever deal with 12 months contract doesn’t matter you are in business or not they want you to pay costumer services are scam 1 million percent , when you try to get them out nice they keep charging your account stay away there are a way better option (👎)do not waste your money , time and energy

Love the idea of this app but I don’t get alerts on the app on my phone when someone sends a message. I have to log out and then log back in. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times but it will work once and then stop.

We enjoyed the software while we were using it, but Customer be warned! Trying to get out of the contract or canceling your subscription, even years later will turn into a nightmare. After emailing multiple times with multiple people and feeling that it was resolved multiple times. They have billed us now 4 months in a row after we canceled. Even after disputes with credit card company and billing department. I would never sign another long-term contract with them. Demand month-to-month if you want to move forward.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I've been paying $350 per month for the last 7 to 8 months, and I honestly feel it has been a complete waste of money. For the past month or two, I’ve been trying to cancel my policy, but every time I reach out, they just refer me to someone else and continue to push more products on me that I have no interest in. Frustrated, I had to contact my bank to cancel the policy myself, as I saw no effort from the company's side to assist me. There has been no noticeable value in what they offer, and I can confidently say I’d rather take my chances at a roulette machine than invest another dollar with this company. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. There are far better places to put your money. Birdeye's CEO should reconsider their approach to customer service because this has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company.

These a real people working at a real App company based out of America. I had issues, wanted to cancel because of my personal business costs and was impressed by the fact that I’ve known two people to work for this company and when speaking to Birdeye to resolve my issue, I had a very personable experience with someone I felt was a real person and not an NPC if you know what I mean. So far so good.

The mobile app seems very limited on it’s capabilities. With most people wanting to use their phones for so much now it would make sense for the mobile version to mirror the capabilities or even have some features that aren’t available on the web version. One suggestion for both would be the ability to add trending sounds or music to post and reels. And also be able to post stories to Facebook.

For an app that supports texting as a MAIN feature it should have SPELL CHECK. It does NOT. Auto response capabilities very limited.

They will simply ignore you.

Incredibly helpful to obtain reviews. We have been using the service for a few weeks and it’s already helped substantially.
