Disappointed

I liked the game fun to play but it doesn’t progress no matter. Glad I didn’t spend anything. Fix it and maybe I will or I’m just gonna delete the game

Worst game ever

Ads don’t work for bonuses, in-app purchases don’t authorize, name of the game changed itself to confinement centre. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Contacted the company to deal with in app issues, with no answer at all so now I’m stuck with a garbage game and I’m out $20 for a purchase that didn’t work…when ads do play hardly ever get what was supposed to happen. The no ad pack said $11.99, then jumped to $12.99, then said $16.99 when I purchased, shows as almost $20.00 on app store. It’s a rip off, will be contacting credit card/apple to return the charge. Game is already deleted. Has potential but crap support.

Crashes,bugs, developers don’t respond

After downloading the app, little one was enjoying it. Purchased the “no ad” option. Which is first off labelled as $12.99 but apple charged $17.00. Game has multiple bugs in it where operating room equipment flings out in the parking lot and disappears rest of the game. The “ad for cash” envelope doesn’t give you the correct amount it only ever gives you 1K even though you’ve watched an ad for a different amount (for example 5k). After completing level 1 (first hospital) it doesn’t let you move onto the next. It highlights the next location but you can’t transfer over because it says to save more funds. The first location has 5 starts, all rooms upgraded, and over 90k in bank there’s nothing left to do… This is also maybe the 4th time which now after this post I’ll be deleting permanently until a fix happens? The game crashes and doesn’t load at all after I’ve completely the first operating room. Stays on the loading screen. I’ve tried reaching out via email to the developers but haven’t heard anything in response. Hope they get it fixed soon. Game has potential. Until then, I requested a refund from Apple, and will be deleting I’ll gladly support this game once a fix is in play, or developers acknowledge the email and look into it. Because I haven’t heard anything is the reason I’m not waiting and got the refund and deleting.

Mute audio doesn’t work

The sounds are so annoying. Even after disabling sound and music it continues to make cash register sounds. Poor programming. Also they game is very slow to progress without watching ads. So you will waste all your time.

I have purchase the no ads option and my screen keeps loading and loading. You have my money but I didn’t receive the product. I want a refund.

Theres one bug i been trying to send when i l click on the front and it wont let me buy it, please hope it gets fixed

Too slow for advancement

A lot of the features doesn’t work. The maids are not appearing, rooms are dirty.
