Do you realize that without English the app is useless?

האפליקציה נשברה לפני שנרשמתי אליה. בעת שמירת הקוד, הזנתי את הקוד השני בצורה שגויה והאפליקציה לא עבדה יותר. מחיקת הרישום וביצוע חדש לא עבדו כבר בשלב אישור מספר הטלפון. נשבר פעמיים אפילו בלי לנסות.

Have you ever used the app you developed? It asks me tons of personal data, then it asks for the card number after I added the bank account data. For what? And when I add the number it says that the payment is impossible.

Not only english language is absent, but they also blocked me as i tried to re-login God knows which time in a row to have my incoming transaction delivered to my account. I tried this way, that way, and the other. And what we have as a result? Block! And the support working hours is Israeli-style ofcourse. How do you even call all that nonsense?

I do understand that it’s not easy to add language to an app. But can you PLEASE at least make a video on YouTube with bloody instruction how to use the app if you are not a Hebrew speaking person. There a lot of people who don’t speak Hebrew in Israel. And it’s not really customer oriented to leave them to drown without a decent instruction.
