Sometimes I can’t get signed in on my moble app. Inconvenient when I’m not home and need to do something important

Last update caused login to just spin. Awesome.

Poor design …not user intuitive at all!!

Logging in is a nightmare. Constantly having to change my password.

I can’t log into my app. The app is not allowing me to input my security code. I’ve tried multiple times but to no avail.

This app is inconsistent: shows the amount invested at times at other times shows $0.00 amount. Not very reassuring!

Please implement Face ID. Seems like I have to re-log in every time I use the app which isn’t very often because the functionality is so limited. At minimum, an investing app should display users’ performance over time. All I can see is my balance and holdings. Don’t make me do math to see how much I’ve gained or lost in my account over time.

I used this account for a short period, but the fees are way too high. There are better options for investing in bitcoin with retirement funds.
