Less Ads
I’m seeing fewer and fewer targeted ads on my end. I’m really enjoying browsing with no ads and trackers. Bitdefender VPN is a solid choice for a VPN service.
Secure but bothersome
Tried out this VPN as others tend to block many apps including the appstore whereby this thankfully doesn’t really do that but it does slow down my connectivity somewhat to the point that I have to refresh a few times on a page or app. Some apps also don’t load up correctly or don’t at all so decided to uninstall this as it’s a chore to alternate being on and off. Cancelled my subscription also ahead of its time being the first month as well.
Terrible experience
I bought a subscription for Bitdefender VPN and I’ve been having endless issues with the app on my iPhone. When connecting to the vpn it keeps saying I have reached my quota. This issue has persistent for over a year without a fix. After the BitdefenderVPN team promised to contact me to resolve my issue, I’m still awaiting feedback. DO NOT BUT THIS PRODUCT. It does not work and the technical team does not help at all.

Doesn’t Work As Advertised
Bitdefender VPN doesn’t provide the service it promises. Purchasing a subscription doesn’t allow you to use Bitdefender VPN on multiple devices. When I contacted their customer support about receiving an activation code to use on my laptop, they wouldn’t provide me one despite me providing them with details of my Apple receipt. Prior to purchasing my subscription, their customer support had told me that a subscription purchased via Apple would allow me to be able to use Bitdefender VPN on multiple devices.
Worthless
First time outside USA, it work fine on laptop but on iphone fails with error 9, it cannot secure an insecure connection. Worthless! Need, but it fails miserably. When traveling who wants to spend their time dickin around with bd vpn?

Awesome for us if you got smack.
Can’t use simul function
Can’t use vpn and web protection function at same time. They also want you to upgrade to their separate vpn app, which also doesn’t allow simultaneous function.
