Wow 🤩! Amazing. To us in Nigeria 🇳🇬, it’s really a joy to have a platform that could provide the service to create a REAL WORKING Virtual Card to shop anywhere in the World 🌍. I had some little issues because of first time use. The customer service support was so amazing walking me through every step till I am able to accomplish my goal. I definitely 👍 recommend this app for anyone who’s looking to shop/make payments abroad or pay for any services. What’s more interesting is their rate. Not as high as many other apps claiming to offer same service. You’ll be frustrated, yet you won’t be able to accomplish your goals. Thanks to the Bitnob team. This is definitely an awesome service.

I read some bad reviews and still wanted to try, but I already uninstalled the app. If i have to wait more than 12hrs just to get verified by a bot or someone, then I imagine how long I’ll have to wait to get a problem resolved when i have one.

I really do not enjoy this app after funding it I don’t why my virtual card is unavailable

I like the bitnob app though, but the app is too slow……and again it taking too much time to verify I really don’t like that.

Can’t verify my number and without that I can’t do anything on the app

I have never for one day regret downloading Bitnob. Unlike many other finance app that you will have to complain everyday. Bitnob stands out as the best 1year with them and no single complain

Very easy to use and self explanatory.

I can't praise the Bitnob customer support enough. They’re always patient and ready to assist. The utility of this app for travelers is beyond amazing. I only wish there was an option to lock in exchange rates momentarily to plan transactions better during travels.
