SCAM
Tried to deposit funds via their built in platform using Apple Pay and it showed me a specific amount I'd get for my money. THEN they take you out the app to the browser to create an account with that so called built in platform and then add on a fee, force you to put down a card and you get less of the crypto even though you're now paying more. Advertise the use of Apple Pay with their platform, which you have to put down a card. Give you less of the crypto than advertised on the app. This is SUS.
Lost money
My account got liquidated and I lost 20 million dollars. Dont recommend
Not the best
Unfortunately, this is one of the less attractive trading platforms. On a desktop or laptop, it’s fine. But the mobile app is rough. Similar to the top comment, it glitches a lot. You will find yourself stuck loading quite a bit when volume is coming through. And it has a rough time updating loss/gains, which can trick the system into thinking your liquidation levels are higher or shorter than shown on screen. Overall it’s just very meh. It’s unfortunate bingx,mexc etc no longer operate even with vpns. So unfortunately we are stuck with less capable platforms such as this :/.

Be careful. Once you deposit in, you cant take back your money. They have a useless AI customer service
Great App
I love this app but after the most recent update I stopped getting push notifications on my iOS for futures trades. Will there be an update fixing this?
Freeze
App freezes on me frequently. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but still getting the same results.

They’re scammers you deposit money into your account and their is no way to get back avoid them!!!!
App Freezes
App has bugs. It’s been frozen now for over a week despite deleting and installing again on my iPhone. Yes my iPhone is up to date. Desktop same thing. Not as bad as app but can’t trade because of the errors and can’t even log in on the app.
