This app covers so many things that we faced during the event. Really big shout out to Bizzabo!

I had a great experience with the app. Smooth, intuitive and easy to use.

It works most of the time. Not native at all. Blanks out sometimes, I had to kill it several times. Sometimes the UI won’t show the controls when needed (controls to select between “all” and “favorites”). Apart from that, it does the job.

Not a great experience. Messages disappearing after sending and only appearing after leaving and coming back. Had to reinstall 3 times during a conference because the app would get hung up and just show me a grey screen.

Waste of time. Does not integrate with calendars easily. Forgot password is non responsive. I dread being forced to use this app at an annual conference I attend.

I can see my event. I click on it, it swirls and then nothing. I know I have a schedule for my event but I can’t see it.

Great. Just what I need. Another app that doesn’t work. I downloaded it just like they asked. Then I verified my email just like they asked. Now when I go to put my email address in to log in I’m basically getting a “who are you, we’ve never heard of you” error message. I mean do we have to do this dance? Bleh

I downloaded the app to attend a conference and the app was unable to broadcast the sessions. I was told to use thr web interface for the 2 days. Complete waste of time.

Used for an event and it’s nearly impossible to find the actual schedule of events/sessions throughout the conference. Very poor design

I am Low vision and I rely on high contrast mode, (turning bright backgrounds dark, when dark mode is unavailable for a particular app). And larger text. This app somehow circumvents my attempts to enable smart invert, and if I have the text larger controls over lap so I cannot access them. When I turned on VoiceOver, I couldn’t enter text into the edit fields with my e-mail address, and when I struggle through this all, I still cannot get the app to work, I’m in a death loop of, enter your e-mail.. send magic link… enter your e-mail… send magic link… or enter your ticket number. Enter your email… I cannot progress, and to add insult to injury, I cannot access any of the Bizzabo content on the web with my screen reader on desktop, or at all on my mobile device. The pages just appear to be broken both registration, and agenda viewing. You know, kinda important stuff. I’m so frustrated right now.
