BK Lebanon - Order online

Worst app. I’ve been using this app since they started it, they never fixed the bugs. I tried to delete the app and download it again, changed the password, registered again… Even the support center didn’t help after calling them more than once. “Invalid Credentials. Please try again.” Dear BK, If you can’t handle your customers or an app, delete it or PLEASE TRY AGAIN!

My order took more than 2 hours and I had to cancel, and they did nothing about it. I don’t recommend this to anyone. Sincere Review

Still the same online payment issue since 3 years ago.. you have to order by cash.

Food came 1 1/2 hour late! Fries were cold and chewy and the burgers were cold… last time ordering with the app.

It wouldn’t let me pay by cash! Very disappointing.

Application fully of bugs! I called bk management many times Concerning the application registration bugs But they didn’t solve this issue! Unfortunately, your support is so bad!!!

i ordered and they said it will take as a maximum an hour, but it took two hours. my order is just 2 chicken royale spicy with literally nothing on the side, yet it took so long to prepare it and deliver it. i had to call several times and each time they would respond by saying that the order is on the way but it wasnt even prepared yet. this is absolutely ridiculous. this is the last time i order burger king.

Whenever i want to pay online. The app just keeps loading until i change the settings to cash on delivery.

Bad glitches! Blame on me that the order wasn’t ordered correctly but I’m sure I did and it’s the apps fault. Had to wait an other hour. The food got cold. Paid x2 delivery charge. X2 tips.

I updated the application today and you don’t have my adress anymore
