Book is great. A cycling app for cyclists that is ever improving. A user for 4 years and wouldn’t swap it. Whether you are training or just need to ride it works really well.

I used to like the fact you could repeat your previous classes through your activity menu, however this seems to have disappeared with the latest update and it’s annoying to say the least that you have to go through the selection process each time you want to do a class

Bkool not so kool. The app is limited , doesn’t allow you to see history , it’s needing fixed. I can’t get my Strava to pair up my Bkool , can’t get support from not so kool. This need to be fixed. The cycle routes etc are fine but the support and intervention are terrible. I have done two cycles this week. App says no , web page says yes !!!!!!!!!

I’ve been a subscriber of the Bkool app for almost two years. It’s great. I use it with an Elite Tuo trainer. It’s a fantastic workout, the graphics are so much better than Zwift, there are countless more routes and it’s cheaper too. I am completely happy with it.

I downloaded it this week to use on my Renpho AI bike and it works. I use iPhone and Apple Watch and wondered if the calories from the workout will be synced into Apple health in future? I also downloaded BKool cycle for MacBook and as they are both very different apps it would be useful if there was some way to integrate the phone app with the MacBook app so that I can see stats pulled through into phone whilst cycling.

Generally a decent app however would like to see a toggle so FTP can be shown in both % and Watts. Reason so when connected to a general bike trainer not to a smart trainer in a hotel gym I can manually alter the power and not need to remember what watts equals what % FTP

Stuck in a loop for loading this one Other bkool apps crash mid ride Poorly thought out UI and poor experience Would go somewhere else if I hadn’t bought their turbo which only really connects with their app. Will be selling it as soon as I can get a different brand. Truly has been a dreadful experience from the outset

Software works almost ok on pc, intermittent pausing but that could be my internet or pc (no issue on any other software but benefit of doubt) no sessions appear on app it’s like I never worked out but are clearly displayed in pc dashboard

Good AP, much better since they updated it, so all round very good. However, still getting thrown out during a session.
