iPad, iPhone and iPod touch users who are tired of puzzle apps that are fun for a little while but quickly become boring and repetitive, can now set their sights on Black Eye World from developer Giedrius Talzunas, and prepare themselves for not one -- but two -- addictive ways to have challenging fun, hour after hour.
In part one, gamers must quickly and accurately change and arrange colored balls. The better they are at completing this task, the more “X balls” will be created -- all the way up to the “black X ball”, which is called the Black Eye. Once they collect all X balls, gamers will be ready to move on to part two.

Great Game
The game is amazing, love the part of taking over the world not to mention the fun way to get the X balls. If you are new tell Proton, Denver, Aadvark, Rush 24 or Me(Guest) and you can join our alliance and take over the world
Good but..
This is a very good game but there is a user who atacked me by me atacking on accident, how is this fair. So... I'd like to report him. And he is "•Froslass•". I'd like to show this, he bullied some players (maybe). My user is Denveriv. This is my report. And also, there are users on map with like 10 trillion~ black eyes, and •Froslass• is one of them...
Great game
Great concept, unique style. A little difficult but it's easier with practice.
Wow
The game part is... oddly fun. But there is no fun in watching 3 people slowly make the world part more and more impossible. They have 500 or more black eyes at each country, and pull them from nowhere. It isn't even fun. I request a complete reset of all players balls and their owned country's after 1 or 2 months.
Update
The game needs to update because it is missing a few countries. But otherwise it's a good app.

Hey I think your guys game is awesome and I checked out your other games as well and I love physics games and puzzel games so I am happy I got 100 balls earlier today and decided to check out what u guys had bye.

This is such a cool, challenging game that puts a twist on puzzles!
