Black Hills FCU Mobile Banking

This is the easiest to use banking app I’ve experienced! There is no fluff, no pop ups asking me to get a credit card. Nothing annoying. The only thing I want is our nicknames for accounts to show up, with multiple children it is difficult to distinguish between their accounts.

Does what I need it to do, and then some.

I’ve been having major troubles with online banking app

The baking experience I’ve had with the Black Hills Federal credit Union has been the best ever from inside associates to the people you see on the ATM machines just awesome awesome people especially Miss Terry

My experience with mobile check deposit has been mixed. Usually it works but today the “deposit” button doesn’t work. So I tried rebooting my iPad and now I can’t even get into the app. Frustrating.

I use this to make a car payment. The Flaw is you have to do a transfer from the bank instead of putting in your payment. This is the only banking app that is difficult. You look at your bill and on the page it has a pay link. Click it and it doesn't work. You have to go back to the main menu and find pay from External Account and put in you Transfer information every payment!

App is basically useless without widgets IMO

With iOS18 Apple killed support for legacy widgets on the left side of the springboard. That was my main use of the BHFCU app. It needs to be updated to the new widgets so I can use it again.
