I just…greatly appreciate the transparency and vulnerability of the couples you all interview/have conversations with. It takes a lot to hold yourself accountable. Especially when you’re not at your best. So when you’re talking about relationships, trauma, learned behavior, society, etc. it can be overwhelming. To do this in front of a camera for the world to see requires courage. Thank you to all of the couples who share their stories (good and bad). You all are inspiring, and your stories motivate me.
