It takes 8 clicks on different windows to reorder an existing order with Apple Pay. This is unacceptable these days from a software design perspective. Should be max 2. Would be an easy fix and provide a lot of benefit to the customer.

Overpriced bagels to begin with, but not having Apple Pay is crazy at this point. Even the street food carts accept Apple Pay and Venmo.

It’s a good app to order ahead which saves time but it doesn’t work to redeem the points from the app.

It’s faster and easier for me to just walk down there because the soonest pickup time available on the app is 30+ minutes from the time you order. Even when the place is literally empty. So no free rewards bagels for me I guess. Just make an “pickup asap” option!

Decent app, though I wish I didn’t need to use my credit card every time I want to place an order. Why isn’t Apple Pay an option here ?! It’s 2021 people, come on ! You make us download yet another iOS app, but are not making life easier for us, your customers, all of that to save a few cents on each transaction. Not a great look.
