I love the app because it saved me a lot of waiting time. But the rewards just never comes up.

So if I go in store and queue up or use the self service I get loyalty points, order the most convenient way with the app (I’ve orderdd ex at least 20 coffees) and no loyalty points. Why doesn’t it do it automatically- I don’t queue to scan a qr code for points after ordering coffee in advance. What’s the point. Such a shame as literally the best chain coffee place I’ve found

I can’t see my reward points on the app

App is rubbish. I create an account but cannot see any code for loyalty points appearing on the app. I deleted my account and create one again still doesn’t work.

I’m a regular customer and I was never able to get the points for my purchases. There isn’t a place where you can see your points and retrieve them. I don’t get why do you develop a loyalty app when customers can’t get the points to use them! Each time I say it’ll be fixed but it never happens!

Just downloaded the app and although I was able to register, the app fails to connect to both mobile data and the stores WiFi. Needs a lot more testing

Please sort this app out. Does not show the rewards and ordering a drink is too much hassle, having to go through a few pages as well as approval from your bank’s app. Im just ordering a drink not purchasing a car.why the need to get approval from your bank’s app for a drink???

An utterly useless App, sadly. Cannot open the home page to get the QR code to get rewards. It will only open on the ordering page, or the profile page. And speaking to the staff, I am not alone. I have deleted it and reloaded three times, still doesn’t work. And it has been like this for months and they still haven’t sorted it. Pathetic. You actually wonder if they do this on purpose? No excuse for not sorting this.

Cannot sign up to the loyalty card. QR code to scan loyalty card won’t show up on app. I’ve deleted the app and tried again and still the same thing. There’s no place to sign up, I have an account but it’s not a loyalty account. I’ve tried everything. A shame as not being able to have the loyalty card really puts me off going to black sheep. Prefer costas loyalty system instead as their app actually works.
