Horrible

Its taking too long in ios to update grades and refresh pages even after got the 5g plus network and good internet speed. It should be better than its own website.

It keeps logging me out and the log in process is tedious, sometimes it doesn’t login successfully, for some reason, and then it makes you re-do the entire login process all over again

I have to login every single time. I can’t even get any notifications on time. One of the waste app in my phone.

‘There seems to be an issue on our side, please try again later’. I can never login and it’s been giving me that message for nearly 2 weeks straight

I’m rating 5 stars compared to my previous 1 because they fixed the issue of constantly logging you out :D

I can never ever login to blackboard on my phone. It keeps asking me for a code and then I put the code in and says nope you can’t login try again for the hundredth time. Please fix this app.

Scrolling and trying to zoom pdf or word file is inconvenient, very buggy, and randomly close the whole thing. Whenever your screen goes off or if you scroll down to your notifications, the blackboard will close down the course you were checking and goes back to list of courses or just goes white blank. Why do that? Blackboard is unpolished in many things. Again like reading pdf or word. Everything is not fluid at all. Even scrolling is so slow and flickering on last slides(pdf/word). This Blackboard always requires me to log-in at least 2-5times a month. When there’s something wrong with Blackboard end, it will take at least 3 weeks to get fix. The website works fine tho.

For what purpose do I need to tediously log in every time when I don’t need to on a computer, did the people who made this app not figure this out yet?
