BlackVue Battery

The App relies on you being within 4m of the battery to get any connection. Utterly pointless. Why is the battery not an option on the normal BlackVue Dashcam App accessible via the Cloud. Other than having access to data on the battery when you’re next to the battery this is a waste of time.

I just paid £350 for the B124x. Pretty poor to have an app that absolutely does not work when you consider all the feature it offers in the user manual. Bluetooth connects then just shows zero for all data. Press settings and it says not connected. Very disappointing for a BlackVue product.

Was a useful tool but doesn’t work anymore. Recognises the battery but when you try and see charge status it says not connected and no info. Battery is working fine otherwise - if it finds it Bluetooth must be on,so prob a new software bug

It’s a simple app that was useful but is now not working. I scans and locates the battery but shows 0% for everything. Please fix asap.

Version 1.07 no longer works with my battery. It disconnects instantly.

The app finds my battery but no longer shows any data. The B-124X battery seems to be working fine but the app no longer shows data. Please fix this as soon as possible.

After last update stopped working. The scan finds the battery and connects but the battery stats all show zero and when you click settings it states not connected. Please fix this. It’s very good feature but first need to work.

Just stopped working today. The scan finds the battery and connects but the battery stats all show zero and when you click settings it states not connected. Power cycled battery and phone. Reinstalled the app and tried another phone same issue. Has worked fine for a year.

That’s all this app does. Useless. Will be looking to refund my dashcam and the whole battery pack.
