so my dad bought the usb drive for me yesterday on Amazon and I was weirded out by concept, but since I desperately need storage and I need to get my content, I decided “why not” but here I am, reading the reviews, THEYRE FREAKING HORRIBLE, I’m barely any 5 or 4s plus the app itself was sketchy, it had glitched text and nothing but a gradient screen, honestly I’m scared to get a bug, it’s super sketchy, when we tried yesterday it immediately sent us to the App Store-, then today the instructions were not clear at all😓, idk but I don’t want a virus. (Sorry for grammar issues, I don’t use much grammar in text ‘^’) Bye, thank you for listening to my yap ^0^ (It may just be the layout making it look sketchy, so app maker, FIX THE LAYOUT AND THE TEXT, ITS SUPER CREEP BRO)

Hit or miss. Difficulty every time I try to use it. Apple 12 will not connect to blankbok external drive. It worked one time but not for my updates. External drive does not respond no matter what you do. Uninstall still does not work. Support is like talking to the wall. Do not waste your money.

I have the usb/drive but scared to use it or even download the app from looking at the ratings. My gut feeling is just telling me to go with a better one. (Which I always have to go with my gut) I feel as if I wasted my money on a paper weight. It’s still in the box! Looks like the reviews say that there are alot of bugs and problems so I can’t trust it based on reviews. Hope they get it fixed and together but based on the ratings doesn’t look like they have no intentions. Bummer☹️😞🥺🙁😥😓

Crashed on second use! I pay hourly for contract pictures for my company. All were lost and had to be transferred again. It was a costly error for us. Don’t purchase this product!

Or even a 1 app backup device.

The app often freezes up, gives error messages and does recognize the external hard drive . I might have to return the device if they don’t fix the app.

this only does pics and vids why not apps my storage needs apps removed and i thought this would work

I brought this product to be able to transfer my iPhone photos to my non Apple computer. The first day everything worked great with removing the photos from my phone to the hardware but a few days later I want to put my photos on the computer and the hardware no longer works on my device or anyone else's. Now all of my photos are gone. This is a terrible product and app DO NOT BUY

Some of my videos don’t load when I upload them. Often times the videos don’t show up or close as soon as I open them. This app needs some big bug fixes.

First, I don’t understand why this app says ‘I-easy disk’ when it starts. I also don’t understand why it takes as long as 10 minutes to start. Bought this thing to transfer pics and video from iPad/iphone to computer/flash drives. I still haven’t managed to get it to transfer a video…only a few photos. I am so frustrated. Wish I had read these reviews first. I’m so frustrated. I’m heading over to Amazon now to review this drive. It won’t be pretty either!
