BLAST & MEGABLAST

Audio cuts out intermittently - annoying Amazon Alexa does not work at all, not fixed for months, been a problem since September Cannot share the megablast between multiple people, if Alexa even worked, it cannot be trained to recognise different peoples voices - a feature familiar to people with a google home device. Probably going to refund the megablast. Big let down. Not sure if a megaboom is even worth it.

No matter what I do, the app will not allow my MegaBlast to connect to Wifi. The Alexa feature therefore is not usable. Click on the help section ands it tells me - make sure your speaker is on and in range. Can’t get it any closer than on it!! Fix it!

What a terrible app. So frustrating. The speakers group then don’t anymore, and it is very difficult to fix it. What a disgraceful product. Can’t believe you took my money.

Can you please add a function to turn the Megablast on from the App? The Boom app has this and it is so much better.

Why develop an application if you could have added the meta data to ur last almost useless app, and made it somewhat useful I give this app two stars because I’d does only minimal. If you own a blast or mega blast you want it connected to wifi rather than through Bluetooth but the app has no other features to use like doubling up speakers and the blatant lie that you can boost a boom with a blast or vice versa is false advertising in a sleazy way, you can connect hundred of speakers, what an elaborate joke!

Pairing speakers is awesome when it works but pairing them and getting them to sync works intermittently

Very frustrating when the music frequently cuts in and out

Can’t connect speaker to the app - so unreliable

After first setup and trying to adjust eq settings and the app crashes every time I try to change the eq. Now the speaker is stuck on an eq setting I don’t want.
