Do not buy tickets from them, they cannot be returned. I bought a ticket on the wrong date and asked for a refund or for another date to give me a ticket and I was refused. Although I bought the ticket 10 minutes ago and immediately wrote about the error

Pretty easy experince to get your tickets. Was lacking content a bit but its covid days so I cant blame them.

I bought tickets to Ski Dubai and one of the tickets had QR code that was not unique, the way they handled the issue was so unprofessional, as I was there in ski Dubai trying to reach out to them, no one answers their emails, or chat system! Few days after they call and mention that they will verify the issue and come back to me… no one came back with any feed back, I sent several emails and called them to say that they are checking with Ski Dubai, so I decided to call Ski Dubai with detailed of the ticket issued and they said they never received any complaints from Platinumlist .. it has been a month now and issue is not solved yet.

They sell a ticket for event with drink when we reach the place they just update the ticket and they make it general admission without drinks, even we pay extra money to got drink with the access
