طلبت طلب من امس ومحد وصل طلبي والصدمه الاكبر يدزون لي ايميل بليميز ان الطلب وصل؟ واكلمهم على الايميل ويردون بجواب واحد بكل الايميلات خدمه سيئه ويتعاملون مع محلات ماترد على الزباين اللي اهوا محل سيلبرتش

Such a great experience ordering from Crafty Sewing - they went out of their way to accommodate my delivery time & also hand wrote my requested birthday note beautifully. Great customer service as well with them via Whatsapp. Will definitely be ordering from them more!

اطلب الطلب بوقت محدد واكلم المحل واتس اب ويرد علي مره وما يكمل المحادثه معاي واكلم الشركة الي المفروض تحل الموضوع …. ما حلته ولا عطوني رقم الشركة للاتصال ولا رقم السائق .. يعني كلمتهم او لا مافي حل …. اتمنى ان يحطون حلول لكل انواع المشاكل

I wanted to track my order they told me to call the shop, so I did and no answer and Bleems stopped answering I ordered for Mother’s Day and Mother’s Day was over before receiving the flowers!

i made an order and paid for it through the bleems app and i didn’t receive my order. I sent thousands of messages to the customers service on whatsapp and they didn’t take any action, my order was a gift for mother’s day for my mother in law, u can’t imagine how embarrassed and i was in really bad situation, i advise u all not to trust or use this app at all if you don’t want to lose your money

Very bad delivery

I made an order of flower yesterday to be delivered in evening. It was not delivered and flower shop said they didn’t receive the order from bleem. I still have no feedback and flowers not yet delivered

You order something and receive something entirely different… cheap products and terrible service👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 do not recommend
