Brilliant app
I’ve loved using this app defo recommend
I drifted to sleep whilst doing my breathing exercises
Wow this is one app that definitely works. I wake up very early sometimes missing on some good quality sleep after waking up several times during the night. However, after listening to one of the sessions I drifted off too a deep sleep within minutes. I felt wonderful when I woke up. I will definitely be continuing these sessions.
Too expensive
I’d love to sign up for this if it was more reasonable. It’s a fantastic idea but I think something similar to calm prices would be better ie £5 per month

Deepest sleep I’ve ever gotten. Puts me to sleep within 5 min. In my THIRD TRIMESTER!! Very relaxing if you allow yourself <3
