LOCALIZAR LAS ESTACIONES DE CARGA DE VEHICULOS ELECTRICOS
Encuentre estaciones públicas de carga para vehículos eléctricos en la aplicación móvil de Blink Charging. Busque una ubicación de cargador de Vehículo Eléctrico por código postal, ciudad, nombre comercial, categoría de ubicación o dirección física.
INFORMACION DE UBICACION
Vea fotos de la ubicación, localice los servicios más cercanos, vea la información y estado de la carga de Vehículo Eléctrico en tiempo real, como el tipo de carga de Vehículo Eléctrico disponible (Nivel 2 o DC), estado de carga de vehículo Eléctrico (disponible, ocupado, o no disponible), tarifas de carga o estacionamiento, e información del sitio del anfitrión o propiedad.

GESTIONAR SESIONES DE CARGA

GESTIONAR LA INFORMACION DE PAGO
Vea el historial de transacciones, vea el recibo de carga detallado, recargue su cuenta de Blink, vea su cuenta y configuración de sus notificaciones, y elija como recibe actualizaciones del estado de carga del Vehículo Eléctrico (correo electrónico o mensaje de texto), actualice la información de pago, y edite la información de la cuenta personal.
RECIBIR ACTUALIZACIONES DE ESTADO DE CARGA
Revise el estado de la carga de tu vehículo eléctrico. Configure las notificaciones de estado de carga que le proporcionen actualizaciones de su sesión de carga de Vehículos Eléctricos. Prematurely stopped charging
It stopped charging long before my car was ready
Charging price while it said first 4 hrs is free.
Charged for more than $2 after one and half hours charging. Next to charger have sign saying that first 4 hrs are free.
Confusion
Very hard to understand directions the first time I used Blink. Not very informative of the steps it was taking.
Why?
Why do I have to charge money to my account? Can they just charge what I need it to my card?
False info about the charging location
The app said charging was free and there were parking charges, but I had to pay for parking separately ($20) and blink charged me $11.25 anyway. The app didn’t work well (poor signal) and I had to re-enter my information even though I had already set it up. I will be avoiding blink chargers from now on.
Horrible
Spent 20 minutes in the cold trying to get this app to work . Had to register an account for something I’m never going to use again had to put in a minimum of $20 balance for something I’m not gonna spend more than 10. And it still doesn’t work.
Berlin Traveler’s Center
Very difficult to get this charging session initiated. Customer service was ineffective and unhelpful. Charging cable would not disconnect, and this is the first time I have ever had this problem in my two years with an EV. Could be a faulty trigger, and I almost had to call BMW service for an emergency unlock, but got it to finally dislodge after multiple, multiple attempts…
