While you can read feedback from others about app user experience ( I fully support all negative feedbacks left here) I need to share my experience with support. I bought 2 books for my German study and was using it from my devices via app. When I changed my iPad ( it is normal that people change devices from time to time right?) and got a message in app that I cannot use it as I reached max number of devices… and that is it..no advice what to do.. Of case it was not stated that app has this limit but Ok I thought I can delete my old devices somewhere in settings …and guess - it is not possible. Okey…. I wrote to support via app ( you cannot call them, only email) and got the message that ticket is registered :) no resolution time, nothing ( remember I am using this app for my study and really need it). Now I am waiting already 2nd week for my response for the resolution. Once a day I try to reach Helpdesk via Mail - of cause zero reaction. Stone Age of support, user-experience, responsibility and zero respect for customers. Hard to believe it is commercial product. Ticket number 420259. For sure one star is too much but it is minimum allowed here.

Deleted all of my remarks, worst app ever.

I try to upload a book i paid for during last 5 days, and it is still downloading...and this is just a student book of Italian. Unbelievable.

Maybe the person who left 1 star review had some problems, but for me it works just fine. My Spanish course downloaded on my iPad as soon as I logged. Awesome app if you don’t want to use web version of this service all the time.

It’s a waist of your time to get this to work. I tried to use it with McMillan teaching resources but it just doesn’t work.

Le doy una estrella porque esta plataforma tiene muchos problemas. Ya compré mis licencias, todas las que necesitaba, pero no puedo ver el libro, está cerrado. También deberían tener un apartado donde se pudiera ver las tareas que tienes pendientes, las que realizaste o las nuevas. Porque así, es más fácil (y sería un atajo) para poder realizar las tareas fácilmente. POR FAVOR, mejoren los problemas que tiene esta aplicación, ya que por aquí realizo mis tareas y trabajos.

PÉSIMA APLICACIÓN PARA ESTUDIAR, no sirve para absolutamente nada y espero que o la dejemos de usar o se elimine para hacer una mejor, la app es pésima y por esta app me tengo que comprar los libros en físico para poder estudiar bien. Espero que esto mejore. PESIMO

No funciona la app en el Ipad 💀
