i do not remember my user id but there is no way to find user id excelt customercare zerodha have option if u do not remember user ud there is option to find user id in app by filling pan number

The moment I press settings, it goes off During the trading hours, it never allows login. What's d benefit to have this app or subscription

They themselves providing some fake mediators, they are calling repeatedly tempting us to handover our accounts to them so that they would make big profits. Unfortunately they are proper employs of jmginance. With zero knowledge of trading they are doing this and putting us at big losses. Plz don’t try this app or this organisation

One of the worst app to trade Indian equity market, as after intraday yesterday positions will show wrong buying price. Reason best known to the technical team but they aren’t interested in updating their system.

When BlinkTrade staff takes an off on weekends, the app also does so. Try logining in to the app on Saturday or Sunday and it will not work. On weekends when people actually want to sit, analyse or make plans, this app doesn't work. Looks like the company is trying to save on server costs by keeping it shut on weekends. What a pathetic experience its been to deal with BlinkTrade. Some bugs from 5 years are still unresolved!

It’s very unfriendly app to use it’s frequently crashed out after login

Worst ever experience zero star not so user friendly. Tried multiple times to reset password and unblock account but nothing is happening. Regret my decision to open an account with JM

This app frequently fails to load. Either it will show blank screen after biometric login or it will not show login screen at all. Further UI is difficult to use.

The name of the app should should be changed from “Blinktrade” since it’s misleading. It should rather be changed to “Crashtrade” due to the technical lags it has. The app crashes as soon as you login & closes on it’s own. Every week for 1-2 days, the app is down & JM Financial sends a message that there is a technical glitch which is being resolved, but it never is. The user interface is so poor that it takes close to a few minutes to even place an order. The experience is so frustrating that at times you feel like throwing away your phone because by the time the order is placed, the price has moved from your desired trade price by quite a margin. The customer support service is also very poor when you raise the issue of app not working properly. So, any trader/investor planning to use JM Financial’s “Blinktrade” to trade/invest must completely refrain, else he/she will be stuck in a web of frustration & will miss out on good opportunities in the stock market. One must avoid opening a demat account with JM Financial, when multiple discount brokers are available in market who have properly working apps/websites for a hassle free & stress free trading/investing experience.
