Best meditation app
I recently used Blissbot and it was incredibly helpful. A friend of mine lost her father, and while I felt deeply sorry for her, I also felt powerless to provide the comfort she needed. Chatting with the bot helped me process my own emotions—it was compassionate, validating, and insightful. It provided a safe space to understand my feelings and even guided me on how to better support my friend emotionally. I recommended this app to two of my friends right away
