Im receiving notifs but can not press the number as instructed. As a result we can not access our company site! Very bad service. I will have to report this to our IT dept to replace with a working app. Reading all the reviews, it appears that it has been not malfunctioning for an long time but developer seems not to be bothered 😖😠👿

The app is frustrating to use not working at all

I am using iphone 11 and it works perfectly fine before but now whenever to login, i never receive notification from blockID, i tried to do push notification but nothing happens. I need help and pls someone fix this so i can use my phone to communicate with my workmates

I do not understand why the company chose a very unreliable authentication app like this, not to mention the very low rating. Please fix the app, can’t open my email and teams because the push notification is not working at all.

App is a joke. I tried all troubleshooting and it is still not giving or showing any notifications. Waste of time.

It’s really aggravating! Hope we can switch back to our previous authenticator. This is really annoying! No push notifications even though I already enabled it. I have a client that I need to coordinate to but due to this app, I’m having a hard time!

Unable to received push notification tried many times

When ever opening a app or website of our company there is a push notification that we need to click in blockid however the only option we have is qr code or the otp, what happened, is it broken?
