Life changing
Would definitely recommend to anyone even if they think they don’t need it. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my attention span and being reminded to be present. During working hours and in my day to day life. 10/10 customer support and super intuitive app. Would make a great gift this holiday season!

Blok is outstanding
Since I got Block I’ve been able to control my phone usage. When I started blocking, I’d still try to open the blocked apps, as if I had some form of muscle memory. Until the behavior disappeared. I still use Block. Blocking for me is not self-constrain, instead it is a self-acknowledgment that it is time to focus on what’s important right now.
I don’t write reviews a lot but…
This app literally changed my life for the better, thank you so much Blok!!

This has been helpful with aiding in my ADD tendencies - to the point that I’m actually getting a weekly Substack out now. Highly recommend anyone else who’s addicted to their notifications to give this a try.
