This app gave me everything I need to be successful on my weight loss journey from the food, how much water to drink.

I deleted within 5 minutes of downloading. Any button you push to try and learn about the app there’s an ad before it lets you continue. Every. Single. Button. It’s strictly an app just for ads. Complete annoying trash. Don’t waste your time.

The sample meal plan has food that is poison to your body. Don’t use this App

Nothing loads/ is blank. App needs a lot of work. Ads between every thing you click on

Whoever put this together didn’t double check their facts. Unless you know this diet inside and out you’re going to get false information on here. It tells me that as a type A blood that I can eat frankfurters, ha ha! There’s a lot of mistakes on here so just be careful.

Wish I’d read reviews BEFORE purchasing. Worthless. Want a refund.

I just purchased this app and am having difficulty scrolling in the blood group types and can’t select type O. Please fix this.

For days now the app won’t load the food page. After I click on my blood type from the home page it stays blank! Very frustrating. I tried deleting it and downloading it again but that did t work.

Got the free version. Paid for the upgrade because I want to figure out how to do the diet for my whole family. Everything is highlighted black with a dark grey font so you can barely if at all read the text. Or it’s just the opposite and in all white. So useless. No settings at all to change the color.
