I really like this app and find it very useful. I use it every day and am glad I can plant trees using only my breath. However, ‘My Impact’ appears frozen at 6 and I can’t help wondering if the trees I continue to purchase with my breath are actually being purchased (planted) though not counted.
This app has let me calm down after a stressful day at work! Thx so much for this app!
Accompanying visuals are conducive to focusing on the breath, 4/4/4/4 "box breathing" is calming, "earning" oxygen to plant real trees is just and encouraging.
This app is so good I can breathe and stay focused on important complex work. I had 10 assignments almost due and I started stressing about getting them done well having my mind take the times it needs to think well also taking small brakes. So I down loaded a few apps to try out and this was the winner! (Apps like calm, headspace and ibreath) and this was the only one I liked and it might be different for you but I love this app you get to make your own sound and it yelled breathing techniques I did not know about. So please get this app. And the best thing about it is that it is FREE! No money used! (Sorry about the short review)
