Poor communication, lack of job opportunities, don’t bother.

I am unable to see any shifts, like an app glitch or something, the option isn’t even the ( the only options are, “add work relationship, privacy policy, about blue arrow “ my interview has been conducted yet nothing.

If it was possible to give zero star, I would. I’ve had this app for 7 months now, and I’ve not gotten a single shift. No matter how many times I apply, it doesn’t get confirmed. Don’t download as it’s a waste of time.

I have had the app for 4 months now and still can’t see anything other than add work relationships and nothing else I don’t understand as i’m told on the phone to use the app but can’t and I get emails saying I already have access to the find work in the app which I can’t use

Every time I apply for a job all app says is pending I then have to keep calling the office to get it booked in manually!! Please fix this

Really useful for finding work and applying for jobs

There’s no shifts and all of them are super short and far away so don’t bother. Unless you live in a busy area you aren’t going to find anything.

Difficult to find a shift , difficult to understand and manage

I’m only just starting out in UX and I could design a better app than this. Poor user flow, awful navigation, confusing and the colours are a mess. Did you check the contrast guidelines? What research went into this? Very unusable and frustrating. Please invest in a UX Team to sort this out
