Idk what it is with Walgreens, even their IC+ system is slow, all their systems are black and white, old, outdated, laggy, loads but doesn’t let me login. Just so many bugs, you can’t not notice them

What even is this? 😂
The app and the website looks and functions like it was created by a teenager in 2005. Embarrassing that BCBS puts its name on tech like this.
It’s been fixed!
I’m pleasantly surprised this app is working now and I got a response from the app developer not too long after leaving a negative review. Provider search works and however it could be a little better optimized for mobile screen sizes but overall it does what it needs to do. Thank you for fixing this!
BUGS
I can’t even access my account with this. I reset my password, wouldn’t work. Deleted app & downloaded it again. Still nothing.
Doesn’t work
Can’t even sign in. Won’t take I’d number.
Errors
Attempting to use the cost estimator or attempting to find a provider only results in error messages on mobile.
