Frozen on opening screen to choose country.
App doesn’t work
Keep trying to log in with the correct credentials and even changed the password a few times yet still can’t enter my profile.

Terrible App
In good faith I bought cash coupons for friends as recommended by M&S counter staff as he said it would be sent immediately. However after paying there was no record on my app that coupons were created and sent. No emails or sms sent to me and no confirmation was received by my friends . The customer service simple refused to address the issue and said no refund will be made either and did not offer proof . This is what scammers do .
Keeps crashing
It logs out every time and keeps crashing.
