Nice app. Everything works as expected.

Cannot set it up to wifi. Not own or classic-config. Useless and worthless feature and waste of time and money.

Can’t even get past the login, bummer.

Just bought the blueair aware and it wont start monitoring, eg. it stays offline. Tried every step In the troubleshooting section and nothing works. Tried contacting support and gets an initial dialog going. But when stating my issue with connectivity, the dialog dies off... Dont know if the problem is with the app or the blueair aware. But this is for sure a product going straight back! Poor service and product.

You can check your temperature and humidity while you’re out of home!

Pleasantly surprised when, during setup, you’re warned that the product only works on a 2.5 GHz, non-split, network. Not so! If that were the case, this product would not have worked at all, as was the case with the Coway that I ended up returning for this very reason. Connected perfectly and integrates quite well with location services, but I’d love it if HomeKit were supported in order to keep tabs of all my IoT devices from one convenient place.

This app makes managing my air purifier really easy and lets me see the quality of my filter. Really like being able to create and manage the schedule too.

This is a very good purifier! Love that it is quiet and that it also has a phone app to control it.

Child lock only controls the fan. This is preposterous! My toddler went and turned the unit off right after I put it in child lock mode. Whoever made that decision definitely doesn’t have kids. You guys need to child lock the entire unit.

The app often fails to update the settings on the device forcing a manual intervention. Also there still is no integration with HoneKit or even basic automation such Siri Shortcuts. Competitors like Dyson have long since added platform agnostic integration, what’s the reason Blueair won’t follow suit?
