For someone who has taken the exam 5 times, NONE and I mean absolutely NONE of the practice questions, or even the practice exam for that matter, does not relate to any of the questions on the exam, my monthly subscription feels like a waste of time and money. I kept putting off leaving this review, in the off chance that they would update their study materials, but nothing has changed. ☹️

I made HM3 and HM1 with this apps help. High 70s for both exams. Do yourself a favor and download this ASAP. I will never not recommend to peers and juniors for as long as it exists. The team behind this really took it seriously and aside from reading the instructions (which they highlight most already), this should be in every Sailors toolbox.

This app (as well as the website version) will make you feel smart thinking you got it until you face the real life test. I faithfully used this app for 3 exams now with a maxed out EP eval and 5 Awards points + Education points but never made First. 90% of questions are the same ones they have for years and same bibs are always unavailable. The Navy makes the Bibs available like 6 months ahead but these guys never update their data and always have the same chapters “in construction” or “coming soon”, even on the exam date or days after the exam. They just don’t care. 3rd try, I’m done wasting my money.

I’m a regular user of Bluejacketeer. The app has not been launching after logging in. After attempting to login, it just sits at the landing page and will not move further. Tried uninstall/reinstall to fix the issue. But after uninstalling the app, it still shows as installed and will not go away even after restarting the iPhone. Immediate bug fix required.

App is great for studying but it’s buggy. Leaderboard just crashes the app and when I hit the refresh/sync button I have to delete the whole app sometimes because it won’t reload

it only stayed on initializing and that’s it. Even i re-install and install not able to use the app. Is like i waste my $150 for nothing its been two weeks and still the same.

Tried several times and it won’t let me log in on the Apple app. Used to work perfectly fine, not sure what happened.

For some reason it doesn’t work on my iPhone. Kind of annoying because now I have to use it through the web instead on my phone.

I can’t sign in to the app. Everytime I try signing in it loads my sign in and stalls out. Trying online basically pushes me to the app. Wild that An app that charges 19.99 a sub would fail so frequently

Half of the subjects for questions are under construction. The questions pertaining to NEC’s & NSOXP’s are outdated for a few years now.
