The app doesn’t work with my car at all. I would like a refund ASAP

Won’t work
I paid for the add on. $67 all up and all I have is an error message “restoring Bluetooth connection”. Nothing works☹️ Can’t use it. Hence 1 star.
Worst app
This is the worst media player (if you can call it that) I have ever experienced. The quality is so poor, you will never use it. I also paid for the add on of $41 to enable Spotify. $67 and I have a useless app that will never be used. I will be asking for a refund.
Disgusting quality
The quality is so poor. Sounds like a phone call with bad reception. I don’t think you should be charging so much for this - I think a refund would be fair

The app does work but the quality is pretty bad... Please fix
Update please!
This app needs an iOS 9 update. Blue tooth does not not always connect with this app and music does not play at times. Need to see the list of songs selected in app.
Not worth the star
Brought the app for £20 for it to tell me to buy the whole app properly for £40 to make it work only for it not too !!!! Now stuck with no refund cause I don’t meet the criteria for one . They are a robbing company who don’t care. I’m really disappointed and upset about this
Paying twice
This is Bad you have to pay then pay again for the full access. It’s not worth it.
