This headset constantly does what ever it wants, first it disconnects at random during use and now after months the mute function no longer works no other headset is giving me these issues thru the same use. DO NOT BUY.

Do not spend your money on this headset!

These things are garbage. I miss half my phone calls and have to talk on speaker for the other half because they won’t connect. Granted, if they do connect, they sound great and everyone I talk to hears me extremely well. But that does not matter since they rarely connect. And if someone calls you while your already talking to someone, it hangs up on the first call and won’t connect to the second call. I’ve reset them and talked to their tech line and no change.

Spending a serious amount of money for a head set, then have it disconnect calls at random points without any real cause to, has been extremely aggravating. It will often drop calls 2 or more times abruptly. Does not matter if your sitting in one spot or driving. Phone service level has no bearing on the dropped calls. There are times it does not drop the call then next call can be dropped several times before call can be over. Updated the firm ware when the headset was first purchased and it has not been a reliable headset that I can trust not to drop calls. Noise cancel is good but the drop calls makes this headset a total waste of money invested.

Extremely disappointed in my 650 S disconnects frequently anytime you switch to another app disconnects will not work have to restart very often extremely disappointed in the product. Talk to customer service and they stated twice that there is an update being worked on and I’ve yet to see an update would like a new headset ora refund

Very unhappy it will pause every 20 seconds and I have to continue to reset

After following Blueparrot’s instructions, my S650 still keeps disconnecting and turning off on its own. I wish I still had my B450!

Constant connecting issue with my IPhone. Absolutely a safety hazard to a trucker. I can’t just answer and be connected. I have to answer and push buttons. Sometimes, turn the headset off while telling people on phone to hold on, then turn unit back on, and then it connects. Clear sound! Everybody enjoys the noise canceling when they talk to me.

I paid almost $300 for these headphones n for some reason it goes on n off when in use waste

Several issues. Headset shuts off on its own in mid use. Pauses videos and programs on its own. Mutes on its own. Disconnects on its own Often have to shut it off and power it back on to get it to reconnect.
