The app says it will allow you to do multiple things like find your member id card or search for care or see claims and for the most part you can. However, you aren’t doing that in the app, it just directs you to the website and my biggest complaint is you can’t actually find your member id card. It just sends you in an endless circle of trying to find it. The mobile site says to just to use the app, but doesn’t tell you specially where to find it in the app.
There is no reason for the biometric login to expire. There is no reason to use an arbitrary username to login, it is so much easier to just use email. I have to reset my password multiple times a year just to check this app because it uses an expiring session for biometrics. There is no point for this, there is no point in using usernames, and there is no point in locking out a user after THREE missed password attempts. I don’t think any of this provides any ACTUAL security, it just ruins the user experience.

This app will mot load at all. Its been weeks & still nothing.
App worked fine until a couple weeks ago, now I can't log in, accepts my face id and brings up the first info page then the loading icon just keeps spinning. Have restarted my phone, uninstalled/reinstalled the app but just does the same thing, so much for updating to fix bugs cuz now mine has bugs it didn't have 😡
On the first screen where I enter my membership info I receive an error that “this member already exists.” Of course it already exists, it’s me! Can’t access the app.
The app and website are slow, out dated and don’t have work 95% of the time. How is someone supposed to keep up with their medical responsibilities if they are forced to go paperless but the app/website never works. They need to fix it of reimburse people for bills that have gone past due, due to them.
Super convenient for finding care and keeping up with my claims.
This app has made it so easy to see my claims and finding providers in my network.
Every time I try to login it times out. Don’t even know who to call/email to get it fixed. Even with Face ID I can’t get in to this app the dial just spins and spins. Total Disappointment 😟
