No way to cancel subscription, will charge you nonstop
Inconsistent and extremely poor communication with carpark vendors which resulted in payment of parking fee from the previous user. So in the event the car was last touched 3 days ago you’ll have to pay 3 days worth of parking. i’m surprised this app even has 5 stars ratings i pity the poor intern that has to constantly create accounts keep the app rating alive
live chat is practically useless
Owe me money for parking charges for almost a year. No response to emails and got them bounced back. Convenience of rental is there but service is bad.
App didn’t state that there’s active subscription and they charge 6 months after and expect you to pay for all the months along with late payment charges.
When i press delete account i just get a message we are working on it. They literately are blocking deletion of accounts now. This is ridicious
My request is pending for 3 weeks without any updates. Email them a couple of times, no reply. Chat to request to cancel my quest - they asked me to wait for 2 more weeks.
1st payment mode changed 4 times. Only then can accept. I tried to log out and log in again to change back to my usual credit card, upon log back in, cannot accept my password. Reset password also doesn’t work, cannot receive email for authentication. Whole hype to bring family out, became a frown day for me. Called help desk for second time, no luck on resolution say need to escalate to IT. I then requested to cancel the subscription on the spot. Really disappointed. Was looking forward to drive today.
App is not working half the time (bills payment, rental issue, reservation issue) Customer service is abysmal, long waiting calls, sent an email regarding payments issue not processing twice (4th dec, 7th dec) to no reply, update on status etc.
