Impossible to do anything with these people. They take forever to help you and don’t really help at all. Impossible to get loans they want you to make a million dollar a year. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any type of bank

We opened up a business account with Bluevine about 2yrs ago and thus far everything has been a positive experience. From customer service to an easy app interface. Only thing I would improve is their inability to allow international checks to be deposited.

This company should be ashamed of themselves! The week before Christmas, They close my business bank account with no reason given. This is not the issue as they have every right to do so. The issue is that on December 13 their representative told me my refund check had been mailed out from their New Jersey office to my New York address, After a week of waiting. I am now being told what it seems that many other customers have been told that there was a technical error, preventing my check from being sent and was now being sent out on the Friday before Christmas. They have completely ruined the holiday for my family and have absolutely no sympathy. Avoid this company at all costs, Digital Banking is an absolute nightmare when you’re dealing with a tech company who has no control of your finances.

No matter how you take the photos, how many different backgrounds you try, how many different networks you’ve switched, the app will not upload the images. So you’re stuck with no way to cash the check because you’ve written ‘for bluevine deposit only’. They don’t have retail. They don’t offer help other than saying try again. One even told me to ask the issuer to send me another check to try. Are you serious?!!!!! Choose this bank at your own risk. - to developer response: how about start by fixing your app so it actually uploads checks and asking your customer support to reply their customers? Just saying you will help but not actually helping is essentially lying.

I get this message, see below, for two-thirds of the time I go to access the app. “Our services are temporarily unavailable We're experiencing some temporary downtime and couldn't process your request. We'll be back online soon.”

12 day hold on a check really… don’t use if your just starting out your company.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH NO EXPLANATION,IF YOU CHANGE YOUR PHONE NUMBER NO MATTER WHAT THEY WILL NOT UPDATE YOUR NUMBER,THEY DONT HAVE A SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND WILL SOMETIME HOLD YOUR FUNDS LONGER THEN EXPECTED ON CHECK DEPOSITS

This app has been down for weeks and I have money in my account that I need to access. There’s no way to access it thru the website, so the app should never be down this long.

Put money in my business checking account a long time ago. Business closed and no longer doing business under that LLC nor that EIN number listed. They refused to close my account without getting the account number. I tried logging in but the 2 step security verification code they kept trying to send me was to an old phone number. I called and asked if they can at least change the phone number so that I log into that account to provide the account number so that the account can finally be closed… the Customer Service Rep Said that the request to change and update the new phone number takes 2-3 business days and I would still need the account number to even make that request. I even tried to give them my SS# and EIN# and business address, but they refused. This bank is a joke. Now I see why people just tough it out with the Big Banks. I’ll also be reporting them to the BBB shouldn’t it be illegal holding money in a business account with an inactive EIN and that’s been closed with the SOS?!

If you value the ability to use your account and your funds when you need them, BlueVine is a terrible choice. After 5 years having an account, they’ve unexpectedly blocked me from using it for no reason and with no warning.
