The app keep crashing ( can’t open the app at all) and the update wont help at all

Every time need to uninstall and install back only can get the notification, but only can works for around 2 weeks after that back to same issue. Lousy alarm system!!!!

Notification stopped working completely. I have to keep deleting and re-installing the app to fix the issue temporarily but after a short while, the notification alert stopped working again… I’ve deleted and reinstalled many times. Hope someone fixes it soon

App notifications not being received since the latest updates. Having to keep installing/uninstalling just to receive for a few days then it goes back to zero notifications. Cannot keep recurring as it’s causing a lot of inconvenience. If it doesn’t get resolved will need to consider looking into a new system.

Notification doesn’t work after the latest version upgrade. Alarm trigger no notification, arm and disarm no notification. Please FIX it, it is very frustrating.. Before this it works all fine..

After updating the version 2.5.3 , the app can’t open . Will pop out , can’t going the app. Pls fix .

Please fix this issue. Screen always jump out when trying to open the app.

Unable to open after update to newest version. It keeps auto turn off when open it. Pls fix the bug.
