Honestly this is a great concept however for the average technician ( such as myself) this app becomes useless after the 3 free lookups. They basically force you to make the company you work for, sign up for bluon and if you aren’t able to do so (like me) then you’re kind of just screwed. I work at a small mom and pops place and it would be great if there was an option to purchase a subscription for unlimited lookups, etc. I would up my review rating but given that this app becomes a waste of space after the first 3 lookups.

The forums were the best part of the app since of lately and since it’s gone ✌🏽

Got rid of the forum where knowledgeable information was shared

Used to spend some spare time helping and learning from others on the forum. Gone now. Make sure you sort the ratings by “most recent” to see what’s really going on.

I’ve been using this app for a couple years. The forum was my favorite part and now it’s gone. Tools and calcs section is still helpful though.

They just basically used technicians knowledge that was gifted to them, they waited until they had enough users and just started charging to look at manuals.

Can’t believe you have to pay to know who supply has it? It’s literally the only thing it was good for and barely. Not using it anymore

Bluon started out and raved about how it was a free service by techs for techs. Flash forward to a year or two ago and its full of ads (Annoying but also understandable). Flash forward to now and its no longer free to use more than 3 times a month. If your like most techs and rarely need it for diagrams just use google and delete the app

Wow I used to use this app to look stuff up. Now some useless video pops up with volume and I can’t get away from it. Deleting the app. Save the headache look into other options like the Copeland app

They are making changes and it seems to be in the wrong direction in my opinion.
